CONSULTANT TO SUPPORT OUR WORK ON IMPACT DESIGN FOR REPORTING &
COMMUNICATION.
ABOUT THE COMMUNITY FOUNDATION:
The Community Foundation for Ireland believes in a fair, caring and
vibrant Ireland for now and the future. We work with individuals,
families, corporates and other trusts and foundations to translate
giving in the moment to giving that is strategic and impactful. We
respond to Ireland?s complex needs by building deep relationships
with non-profit organisations working at the coal face. We build
platforms with local communities and collaborate with the public
sector. We use our knowledge to help donors translate their
aspirations of giving back into effective investments of their

BRIEF FOR IMPACT REVIEW:
The Community Foundation for Ireland is seeking support from an
external consultant to work with it to design the impact side of a key
Fund and input on communicating that impact. It is a large fund which
distributed **Apply on the website** grants over an **Apply on the
website**-week period.
The work would feed into wider considerations by CFI on its impact
measurement. The work would include:
* Consultation with the team on full briefing on Fund and current
status
* Consultation on impact measurement internally (existing and
potential)
* Design templates or assessment matrix as required for data
capture.
* Analyse the data and pull-out key findings
* Consideration of consultation with grantees on impact and
continuing need (Survey and focus group)
* Report/presentation to CFI on findings (impact of Fund and
recommendations on impact measurement for CFI)
